Rajan is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa since the year 2005. Rajan has immense knowledge in Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution. He has several years of practice at the High Court, Small cases court at Bombay & Bandra, City Civil Court at Bombay and Dindoshi, CMM Court and Consumer Forum.

As being the driving force of Civil Litigation at Regius Legal LLP, Rajan has assisted in several trials on civil matters related to property which includes suits between landlords-tenants, licensors/licensee, lessor/lessees, and testamentary proceedings. Rajan has successfully handled complaints under the Negotiable Instruments Act and has handled proceedings before consumer forums.

His diversifies portfolio of clients includes Co-operative Housing Societies, Consulting Agencies, Investments & Finance companies, Leasing companies, Construction companies, Trading Corporations, Property & Developer Companies, Bullion and Travel Companies. Rajan also plays an active role in advising several charitable trusts.
